The Challenge
Local internet service providers and Wi-Fi hotspot operators face significant challenges managing their networks, billing users, and securing their infrastructure. Most solutions are fragmented—requiring one system for router management, another for voucher generation, and manual reconciliation for payments.
The Solution
Zarvia designed and engineered the M KULLIMA platform from the ground up to solve these operational bottlenecks. The platform provides a multi-tenant architecture where independent operators can manage their entire business lifecycle.
Through direct integration with MikroTik hardware via secure APIs, the platform automates bandwidth enforcement, generates authenticated sessions, and prevents revenue leakage through advanced MAC-binding technology.
Current Scale
The platform currently supports more than 20 tenant businesses, with approximately 1,000+ users connecting daily across their respective sites.
